Ann Gaimster has been a member of the Lambert & Associates team since 2005. She is responsible for research, recruiting and candidate development. With more than 30 years of experience in the executive search industry, Ann’s background includes search execution and management for a broad spectrum of clients including for profit and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining Lambert & Associates, Ann was a Senior Vice President with Diversified Search, the Director of Search with Longshore Simmons, Inc. and Principal with The Gotham Group, Inc.
