Tara Sweeney has been a member of the Lambert & Associates team since 2005. She is responsible for research, recruiting and candidate development. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Tara has worked for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Lambert & Associates, Tara was a Certified Support Consultant for SAP America supporting their Human Resources/Payroll software product. Early in her career she served as a Human Resources Representative for Main Line Health System.
